KELLY Ripa left yes terday’s “Live with Regis & Kelly” a little earlier than expected after developing an upset stomach.

Ripa left during a commercial break about halfway through the show. “She had a little stomach flu, I gather,” co-host Regis Philbin told “Extra.”

“Live” is on location at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas this week.

“I thought she was pretty brave to come out and try to finish the whole show but under the sun and everything, I guess she got a little warm . . .,” Philbin said.

Philbin finished the show himself. Ripa is expected back today (9 a.m./Ch. 7).
