Less than six months after buying a $2.5 million house in Chicago, Rosie O’Donnell is selling it.

“She’s reevaluating her real estate holdings,” a spokesman for O’Donnell told the Chicago Tribune yesterday.

Rosie, who lives in New York, bought the house because her nightly talk show for Oprah Winfrey’s cable network is taped there.

The quick sale raises questions about the future of the show, which has been a ratings disappointment.
