SOMEONE is finally going to sew Rosie O’Donnell’s mouth shut.

O’Donnell is reprising her role as lottery winner Dawn Budge on the popular FX plastic surgery drama “Nip/Tuck,” where her character will undergo a procedure that will give new meaning to the term “zip your lips.”

On the show, she’ll be the love interest of guest star Oliver Platt, who plays the executive producer of a TV show on which the two plastic surgeons, Dr. Troy and Dr. McNamara, are creative consultants.

Platt’s character is loosely based on Ryan Murphy, the creator of “Nip/Tuck,” according to “Access Hollywood.”

O’Donnell is expected to appear on several episodes of the show’s fifth season, the first of which is slated to be filmed next month.
