THE ABC movie about horseracing legend Ruffian will air on Saturday after all.

Ruffian’s former trainer and jockey are suing Disney for $10 million over its “Ruffian” biopic.

But an ageement reached yesterday between trainer Frank Whiteley and jockey Jacinto Vasquez – who were seeking a federal injunction – and Disney will let the movie go ahead.

Ruffian’s management is asking for a disclaimer on the film stating that “it is a fictionalized account based on true events.”
