Man down!

Ryan Seacrest was looking for his legs the other day on a little boat outing with girlfriend Julianne Hough in St. Bart’s.

Sure looks like Ryan expected the water to be a little deeper (It wasn’t. Look at the guy holding up the back of the boat.) when he jumped off.

It was a rare break from work for the hard-driving TV host who hardly seems off the air these days.

By late yesterday, he was all dried off and back in LA for a sneak-peek screening of the new season of “American Idol” for fans and press.
