NBC exec Nora O’Brien died suddenly Wednesday night on the set of NBC’s upcoming drama pilot, “Parenthood.”

O’Brien, 42, died of a brain aneurysm, ac- cording to The Hollywood Reporter.

Production on “Parenthood,” which stars Peter Krause and Maura Tierney, has been shut down for two days.
