A former New Jersey judge has filed an appeal to keep alive his breach-of-contract case against “Sopranos” creator, David Chase.

Robert Baer insists he helped Chase develop the mob show and insists he should be paid for his efforts despite a recent ruling from federal jury that says otherwise.

It is believed Baer’s appeal will focus on a pre-trial evidentiary ruling that precluded Baer from presenting evidence relating to any creative ideas or suggestions he may have shared with Chase.
