JERRY Springer has a new co-host for today’s show – and she’s New Yorker Lisa Fitzgerald.

Fitzgerald, a 22-year-old Hunter College senior and aspiring teacher, beat out thousands of wannabe Springer co-hosts in the “Be Jerry For a Day” contest, which spanned eight months and 10 cities.

After five finalists were chosen, “Jerry Springer Show” viewers voted online (jerryspringertv.com) and via text messaging for their favorite.
