THE much-anticipated new “Star Wars” movie will make its New York debut at the Tribeca Film Festival.

“Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones” will unspool May 12 at a benefit for the Children’s Aid Society.

Tickets are $500 for the pre-party and screening and $1,000 for the pre-party, screening and VIP seating.

There will be two additional private screenings that day for families affected by the Sept. 11 attacks.
