Sleeping with Tori

Tori Spelling, who most recently headlined VH1’s “NoTORIous,” is pitching a new show in which she’d star with her husband, Dean McDermott. A source tells Us Weekly that Spelling, who’s four months pregnant, and McDermott are shopping a show in which they would use Tori’s $800,000 inheritance from dad Aaron Spelling to open a bed-andbreakfast where they’d live and rent rooms to tourists. They’re supposedly looking at property in Temecula, Calif. “They are pitching a reality show, but we will not comment on any of the details,” a Spelling rep tells Us Weekly.

Jessica Simpson, meanwhile, is set to make a cameo on NBC’s “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip,” according to Life & Style-which reports that Simpson will play the musical guest on the showwithinthe-show in an episode scheduled for November sweeps. An insider tells Life & Style that series creator Aaron Sorkin wrote the part specifically for Simpson.

It’s scary enough that Disney has its own town (Celebration, Fla.) – scarier still to find out that there are towns in Cary, N.C. and Fairburn, Ga. known as “Martha Stewart KB Home” communities. Yesterday’s “Martha Stewart Show” awarded a new KB Home, worth $400,000, to a lucky winner, who’ll choose to live in Cary or Fairburn. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
