The fall guys Fox, usually the first network out of the box with its fall schedule, didn’t disappoint this year – announcing its fall lineup yesterday.

The network’s fall season be gins Thursday, Aug. 30 with the season premiere of “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?,” then takes a week off before returning Saturday, Sept. 8 with back-to-back epi sodes of “Cops” followed by “America’s Most Wanted.”

Gordon Ramsay’s new show, “Kitchen Nightmares,” premieres Sept. 13 (9-10 p.m.) followed the next night by the series premiere of “Nashville.” The new season of “MADtv” kicks off Sept. 15 (11 p.m.-mid night) followed by the season 2 premiere of “Talk Show with Spike Feresten.”

Here’s the rest of the sched ule (all nights 8-10 p.m.):

* Sept. 17: “Prison Break,” “K-Ville.”

* Sept. 19: “Back To You,” “‘Til Death,” “Bones.”

* Sept. 23: “The Simpsons,” “King of the Hill,” “Family Guy.”

* Sept. 25: “New Amster dam,” “House.”

* Sept. 30: “Family Guy,” “American Dad.” Last, but not least: * Tonight on “ET” (7:30/ Ch. 2): The exclusive trailer for Jerry Seinfeld’s upcom ing “Bee Movie.”

* Ileana Douglas, who played Diana Vreeland in “Factory Girl,” has inked a deal to play a new editor at Mode on ABC’s “Ugly Betty,” according to Us Weekly.

* Tonight: Ra chel Bilson (“The O.C.”) hosts a launch party for a new JC Penney line by design ers Chip and Pepper Foster at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.

* Monday’s All Star Home Run Derby averaged 6.8 million viewers on ESPN (8-11:05 p.m.); that shrunk to 2.2 million view ers for “The Bronx is Burning” (11:05 p.m.- 12:05 a.m.).

* Corporate couple: Con grats to Kelli Edwards on her engagement to Craig Halyard. Kelli’s director of communications/corporate relations for CBS News; Craig is a corporate bond salesman.
