One of the treats of watching an old show like “Get Smart” on DVD (I’m on the third of five seasons) is enjoying all the (mostly) unbilled celeb rity cameos on the classic spy spoof, which aired from 1965-70 (on NBC and CBS). “Get Smart” (Don Adams, Barbara Feldon) was akin to its contemporary, ABC’s “Batman,” in that it was a hip show on which to “be seen” (sort of like a voiceover on “The Simpsons” is the place to “be heard” in today’s TV world). Thus far, Danny Thomas, Steve Allen, Joey Bishop, Buddy Hackett, Carol Burnett, Bill Dana, Wally Cox and Johnny Car son have popped up. More to come, I’m sure.

The “Get Smart: The Com plete Series” DVD set, by the way, copped top honors Mon day at the annual TV DVD Awards in L.A. * * *

Around town: Ch. 2’s Chris Wragge emcees today’s Na tional Down Syndrome Soci ety gala/auction (The Light house at Chelsea Piers). Tomorrow, Judge Maria Lopez hosts the annual YMCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders Salute lunch at the New York Hilton.

Last, but not least: * Tonight’s “Gossip Girl” features five songs from New York’s own The Virgins.

* Their man in Burma: ABC’s Jim Sciutto reports from inside Myanmar today and tomorrow.

* Todd Bridges and wife on tonight’s “Decision House” (8 p.m./Ch. 9). All-new!
