Carla’s altared state

Fans of “Scrubs” know that nothing is ever certain when it comes to Carla (Judy Reyes) and Turk (Donald Faison) – including their much- anticipated wedding, scheduled to take place (finally!) on tonight’s season finale (9:30 p.m./ Ch. 4).

“In true ‘Scrubs’ fashion and Turk and Carla fashion, the road to their actual nuptials is met with a lot of obstacles,” said Reyes. “It’s pretty freakin’ funny and involves all the cast of characters and all the wonderful things we love about each of them.

“The weird stuff is exploited to the max.”

In the episode, Carla not only has to deal with Turk possibly being late for his own wedding, but with her family, including her brother (Freddy Rodriguez from “Six Feet Under”) and two sisters – played by Reyes’ real-life sister, Joselyn Reyes (who’s an actress), and Reyes’ friend Candice Coke.

Reyes, who’s married in real life, says this wedding was much easier on her nerves.

“All I had to do was learn my lines and show up – I didn’t have to do anything like make a list and pick colors,” she said. “You just show and it’s all there for you.”

Reyes is currently starring off-Broadway in “Guinea Pig Solo” at the Public Theater (425 Lafayette St.) – she plays the wife of a troubled Iraqi war veteran – and said she might do a movie before “Scrubs” gears up for its fourth season in July.

“I trained dramatically, and I never approached Carla trying to be funny . . . I observed my co-stars, who are better-versed in comedy and I started to steal stuff,” she said. “Hey, you steal stuff when you can!”

Last, but not least:

* Tonight at 10: Ch. 9 “I- Team” reporter Barbara Nevins Taylor’s shocking report on Jose Arly Lopez, who continues to perform cosmetic surgery in New York – despite having his medical license revoked here following the 2002 death of one of his “tummy-tuck” patients.

* Tonight: On “Extra” (7 p.m../ Ch. 4): A “world exclusive” clip from Brad Pitt’s upcoming “Troy.” And you won’t believe what Kate Hudson tells “ET’s” Steven Cojocaru! (7:30/ Ch. 2).

* Craig Bengtson named executive producer of “World News Tonight Saturday and Sunday.”
