“Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” co-executive pro ducer Vin Rubino’s new movie, “The Breakup Artist,” premieres Oct. 23 at the Hamptons International Film Festival. The flick, set on the Upper West Side, is de scribed as a male version of “Annie Hall” and revolves around a guy who wants to be in a committed relationship – but finds it hard to achieve his goal. The movie’s 9 p.m. screening sold out so quickly that a 10:30 p.m. screening was added.

John Oates (Hall and Oates) contributes a few tracks from his re cent album, Phunk Shui,” and composed an original song, “Can’t Get There From Here,” just for the movie – which features cam eos from Regis Philbin and Edward Burns alongside stars Joe Taylor, Paula De vicq, Sarita Choudhury and Sabrina Lloyd. Devicq’s for mer “Party of Five” co-star, Matthew Fox, is hot right now, headlining “Lost.”

And “Sopranos” actress Ok sana Lada, who played Tony Soprano’s mistress, Irina, re turns to episodic TV on Mon day’s episode of “CSI: Miami” (10 p.m./Ch. 2). Ok sana, who’s Ukrainian, will play a Hungarian hostage.

Fox News Channel’s Brian Kil meade (“Fox & Friends”) will be at Bookends in Ridge wood, N.J. tonight (7 p.m.) to speak and sign copies of his new book, “The Games Do Count: America’s Best and Bright est on the Power of Sports.” (ReganBooks).

In the book, a slew of celebs – including Kurt Russell, Tony Danza and Oliver North – share the lessons they’ve learned through sports. Last, but not least: Democratic VP candidate Sen. John Edwards guests with Chris Matthews on to night’s “Hardball” (7 p.m./ MSNBC).
