STARR REPORT
The Sheen is off
Fans of CBS’ “Two And a Half Men” know that Charlie Sheen’s character, Charlie Harper, is a helpless woman izer who’s left a trail of angry women in his path. Well, on this Monday’s episode (9:30 p.m./Ch. 2), Charlie becomes the object of a bilious Web site, http://www.charlieharper sucks.com, on which his past conquests compare notes about him.
CBS has established an authentic charlie harpersuck s.com site, which is a replica of the one that’ll be featured on Monday’s show – with show contests, FAQs and live message boards.
On the side of the opening page of the site reads a mes sage, illustrated with a pic ture of Charlie’s head super imposed onto a red convertible:
“Look Familiar? Beware of Charlie showing up in the rented red convertible with a gourmet lunch for a surprise picnic in the park. It will ap pear to be a very romantic gesture. But this is his typical third date. He is going in for the kill, ladies!”
The site will be up and run ning today.

LMNO Productions president Eric Schotz, producer of Dis covery Health Channel’s “Ba bies: Special Delivery,” gave 15-year-old Raynita An derson an early holiday pres ent yesterday while they made a joint appearance on “Fox News Live.”
Anderson, an avid viewer of “Babies: Special Delivery,” helped save the life of a new born this past Thanksgiving day through skills she learned by watching the show. Schotz, in turn, told Ander son that LMNO, in a show of gratitude, will help start a college fund for her -which should go a long way toward Anderson’s dream of becom ing a physician. Nice stuff.
