HALF of the discs in Billboard’s Top 10 are making their debut, but Usher’s “Confessions” held onto its No. 1 status. His latest effort sold another 486,000 copies, bringing the total to 1.6 million, according to Nielsen/Soundscan.

Boobgate star Janet Jackson came in at No. 2, with “Damita Jo” selling 381,400 copies its first week.

In other premiere showings: Lil’ Flip’s “U Gotta Feel Me,” hit No. 4; Aerosmith’s “Honkin’ on Bobo” landed at No. 5; Eric Clapton’s “Me & Mr. Johnson” claimed No. 6; and JKwon’s “Hood Hop” scored No. 7.

So what’s at the bottom of the Top 200? Four more debuts: Kelly Clarkson, the Passion Worship Band,

Johnny Cash and Toby Lightman.
