‘Story’-book ending
FX’s “American Horror Story” ended with some scary-good numbers.
Wednesday night’s season finale snared 3.2 million viewers, the best-ever numbers for a first-season series in FX history.
The finale also averaged a hefty 2.2 million viewers in adults 18-49, particularly strong for a cable show.
Season 2, which is expected to premiere next Halloween, will feature a new cast, theme and storyline to shake things up a bit.
