IT’S a long way from Reading, Pa. to the French Riviera — but that’s Jon Gosselin (of “Jon and Kate” fame) and his new, 22-year-old girlfriend trooping around Saint Tropez this weekend.

Her name is Hailey Glassman, and she’s the daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed Kate’s tummy-tuck operation.

Jon, 32, and Hailey were the guests of designer Christian Audigier, creAtor of the Ed Hardy fashion line, aboard his big, ol’ yacht.

This was the first time the young couple has been seen in public.

Kate — who was at home in rural Pennsylvania this weekend with the couple’s eight kids — and Jon announced just two weeks ago that they were breaking up.

Cable channel TLC stopped filming the hit show immediately — claiming it wanted to give the couple and their children time to adjust.

Jon, it appears, wasted no time crying into his pillow at night.

Audigier told reporters yesterday that he and Jon have been talking about producing a line of Ed Hardy children’s clothes. Honest.
