Mtv’s “Real World/ Road Rules Chal lenge” host T.J. Lavin is in a coma after crashing his bike in Las Vegas.

Lavin wiped out and was knocked unconscious while competing in the Dew Tour Championships Thursday, according to ESPN.

He was transported to University Medical Center in Las Vegas and put in a medically induced coma to relieve swelling on his brain.
