But Jennifer Schefft, who was once engaged to Andrew Firestone of “The Bachelor,” is going to have do more than pose against an urban backdrop to make viewers watch her sort through 25 suitors. Schefft wants to make sure she picks the right guy. “It’s my hope to find the one man with whom I can spend the rest of my life,” she says.

Susan (Teri Hatcher) gets the wind knocked out of her sails when her ex-husband Karl (Richard Burgi) shows up. A defeated Bree (Marcia Cross) asks a yummy pharmacist out on a date. What will he prescribe for the tightly coiled redhead?

THE incredible devastation that has hit nations such as Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka, among others, has elicited an outpouring of donations worldwide. Now, following the $1 million donation by Sandra Bullock, other Hollywood stars are turning out for a special telethon to air on all NBC stations at the same time on Saturday night. At press time, the list of luminaries included George Clooney, Christina Aguilera, Sheryl Crow and Tim McGraw. Clear Channel will broadcast the telethon on its stations.
