RAY Romano never looked so good – certainly not compared to Patricia Heaton’s new costar, former Playboy model Jenny McCarthy.

McCarthy has signed on to Heaton’s still-untitled new comedy pilot, which tapes next week in L.A., according to reports.

Heaton, who played wife Debra Barone for nine years on “Everybody Loves Raymond,” is playing a widowed mom who’s life take a turn when she joins the PTA.

The show is for ABC.

“Family Ties” alum Justine Bateman and “Mad TV” veteran Mo Collins are also set to co-star.

McCarthy has had a few, less-than-memorable series of her own in recent years, including “The Bad Girls Guide” for UPN and “Jenny” for NBC.
