“The Middle” actor Pat Finn’s cause of death has been revealed, two weeks after he died at age 60.

Finn passed away on Dec. 22 of bladder cancer, according to his official death certificate, obtained by TMZ.

The document states that Finn had a cancerous tumor in his bladder for years.

Additionally, the doc noted that Finn died at his home in Los Angeles and that no autopsy was performed.

Finn’s rep confirmed his death in a statement to The Post last month.

“It is with profound sadness and grief that the Finn family announces the passing of beloved comedic actor Pat Finn,” the rep said.

“In 2022, Pat battled bladder cancer, went into remission, but the cancer returned and metastasized. He was a warrior in every sense of the word,” the statement added.

A GoFundMe page was set up for Finn’s loved ones a month before his death to help the family afford “medical treatments, alternative therapies, and residual financial demands.”

“This devastating loss has been a gut-punch for all of us, but especially so for the Finn family, cherished friends of so many of us,” reads the fund-raising page, updated since his death. “They remain in a truly tough spot. Throughout the grueling and painful process that was Pat’s fight against this insidious disease, the family has been a rock of support for each other.”

The page had brought in over $195,000 as of Thursday afternoon.

His co-star Patricia Heaton reacted to Finn’s death in a heartfelt Instagram tribute where she called him “one of the finest and funniest human beings I know.”

“He was adored by all who knew him, and he leaves behind a legacy of love, friendship, and wonderful comedy,” Heaton added. “Our hearts are broken, but as faithful Catholics, we know we will see each other again through God’s mercy. Rest in peace, dear brother.”

Cassidy paid tribute to her dad in a Dec. 24 Instagram post, saying he was “a role model and an inspiration to everyone you met.”
