‘Hulk’-ing neighbor shows up in ‘Queens’

Ex-“Incredible Hulk” Lou Ferrigno will guest star on “King of Queens” as Doug’s (Kevin James) next-door-neighbor this season, Ferrigno’s spokeswoman confirmed yesterday.

It wouldn’t be far-fetched for CBS to extend Ferrigno’s run if everything works out, but who knows? NBC did that with Julianna Margulies on “ER” – and we all know how that turned out.

Ferrigno has spent the last few years focusing on a UPN cartoon series, “The Incredible Hunk,” and acting in a variety of movie and stage roles.

Ferrigno’s hiring marks the thirdbig “King of Queens” casting element. Talk show host Ricki Lake will appear in six episodes as Doug’s little sister, Stephanie, and Florence Henderson will play Arthur’s (Jerry Stiller) ex-wife.

Kenyon hosts Garden party for Streisand

WINS (1010 AM) entertainment reporter and Hollywood.com personality Sandy Kenyon is hosting a live webcast of Barbra Streisand’s final two concerts tonight and tomorrow at Madison Square Garden.

Streisand personally asked Kenyon to host the webcast on her Web site, barbrastreisand.com, through her publicist, Ken Sunshine.

“The offer just came out of the blue,” says Kenyon. “I was part of a small group that covered Barbra back in 1986 when she sang for Democrats in Malibu . . . and I’ve covered her through the years.”

Kenyon will interview celebrities and stars from 6 to 8 p.m. each night, giving their thoughts on Streisand’s last in-concert hurrah and their memories of first seeing Streisand in concert, etc.

Kenyon, who’s employed by Hollywood.com, joined WINS in 1997 after working for 10 years as CNN’s senior entertainment correspondent.

“The WB11 Morning News” scored its best-ever ratings Monday – a 2.4 (165,000 households) from 6 to 8 a.m. Guests included “Soul Food” star Nicole Arie Parker.

“Ally McBeal’s” Portia De Rossi can be seen tonight in repeats of 1995’s “Too Something” on Metro with co-star Eric Schaeffer.
