JOE Torre has gone from The Bronx to television land.

The former Yankee skipper will be all over TV starting this week, first on HBO’s “Real Sports” in a sit-down interview with Bob Costas and then next week he’ll turn up as a guest on “The Late Show with David Letterman” on Oct. 29.

Torre last week walked away from a base $5 million deal – a significant pay cut – to manage the Yankees. He called the offer from management an “insult” after reaching the playoffs for 12 consecutive seasons.

There has been speculation that Torre could become a baseball broadcast booth analyst for TV.
