He kept getting rubbed on “Equal Time,” which MSNBC took from CNBC.

His first guest, Julian Epstein, one of the Democratic minions on whom Monicagate has bestowed an undeserved 15 minutes of talk-TV fame, rubbed him while arguing that something North had said presented some kind of Constitutional problem.
