Ole! WXTV/Ch.41 will make history this fall by unveiling New York’s first-ever, early-morning Spanish-language news program.

Beginning Monday, Oct. 4, Ch.41 will launch a 6 a.m. version of “Noticias 41,” which will lead into “Despierta America” at 7 a.m.

The new show will offer local, national and world news, emphasizing stories of interest to the local Hispanic community.

Anchors will be named at a later date.

Halle’s comet

Halle Berry knows who she wants for our next President: Warren Beatty.

“He’d make a great politician,” Berry tells tonight’s “Access Hollywood” (7:30 on Ch.4). “I’d vote for him.”

Berry starred in Beatty’s little-seen political satire, “Bulworth.”

Hello, Dalai

MetroChannels’ “MetroLearning Special” focuses tonight (8-10 p.m.) on the Dalai Lama’s sitdown in Central Park, which took place Sunday.

MetroLearning will air the Dalai Lama’s speech in its entirety.

Express Lines:*On tonight’s “60 Minutes II” (9 p.m. on Ch.2): A rebroadcast of Charlie Rose’s interview with George Steinbrenner.

*Jets preseason coverage kicks off this Friday (7:30 p.m.) on Ch.2 vs. Philadelphia with Ian Eagle and John Riggins calling the action.

*Court TV features seven two-part “Homicide” episodes every Saturday (8-10 p.m.) for the next six weeks.

*Lauryn Hill, Jay-Z, Kid Rock and DMX will perform at the “MTV Video Music Awards,” airing live on Sept. 9.-
