ABC’s John Stossel explores America – and what comprises its inventiveness and prosperity – in “Is America Number 1?,” airing Sunday (9-10 p.m.) on Ch.7.

Stossel visits Calcutta and Hong Kong to draw some comparisons between those two countries and analyze their relationship to America.

And on tonight’s “20/20” (10 p.m.): Rare footage of The Beatles!

‘Watch’ timing

MSNBC’s “Watch It!” is moving to a new timeslot (6 p.m.) on Monday.

The half-hour show will continue to air live from Washington and will lead into “Equal Time,” hosted by Oliver North and Paul Begala. Replacing “Watch It!” at 11 a.m. – repeats of “Special Edition.”

Slap-happy

Watch “Real TV” do what you’ve always wished you could do – slap Jerry Seinfeld!

On today’s show (2:30 p.m. on Ch.11), Seinfeld is slapped – with a parking ticket by Beverly Hills police, who take no guff from the ex-sitcom star.
