”Mummy” star Brendan Fraser is turning a cold shoulder to his down-and-out older brother.

On tonight’s ”Inside Edition” (1:37 a.m. on Ch.2), Regan Fraser says he’s living hand-to-mouth on the mean streets of Los Angeles – while brother Brendan basks in his Hollywood success of champagne wishes and caviar dreams.

Regan’s message to his little bro’: ”It’s up to you, Brendan, to lift a finger.”

Is O.J. Simpson’s new girlfriend in danger? Cathy Bellmore sure thinks so!

”It hurts me to see her with this man, 50 years old, [who has] murdered two people,” Bellmore says. ”I just think she is wasting her time … and the best years of her life.”
