TIME Warner Cable is shuffling its channel lineup effective Aug. 19.

Chief among the changes, posted on TW Cable’s Web site, are Oxygen moving to Ch. 12 — replacing chief rival Lifetime (which moves up the dial to Ch. 62).

And FX is moving to Ch. 10, displacing Time Warner-owned CNN (moving to Ch. 78).

Among the other changes:

* mun2 moves to Ch. 42 (from Ch. 126)

* Cartoon Network moves to Ch. 61 (from Ch. 22).

* Lifetime Movie Network moves to Ch. 80 (from Ch. 62)

* BET moves to Ch. 37 (from Ch. 42).
