WANT to participate in the Village Halloween Parade? Dress up in costume and line up at 6 p.m. on Sixth Avenue between Spring and Broome streets.

If you prefer to watch, take a stand on the sidelines while the parade goes straight up Sixth Avenue from Spring Street to 22nd Street – a procession that will last from 7 to 10 p.m.
