MEET “Mr.” Pepper.

Actually, his name is Robert Downing, and he was the previously unseen husband of “Project Runway” firebrand Wendy Pepper – unseen until now, that is.

Here he is, finally unmasked, in this loving photo provided exclusively to The Post by Downing himself.

Pepper, of course, is the 40-year-old Virginia mom who clawed her way through “Project Runway” to emerge as one of three finalists on the fashion-world reality show.

Downing, a woodworker by trade, said he maintained his anonymity throughout the show so that his wife could enjoy her time in the spotlight.
