‘SURVIVOR” has added some island-hopping to its mix of backstabbing strategy.

Contestants booted off the upcoming “Survivor: Panama – Exile Island” will be banished to a separate island, miles away from the camp.

But there’s a hitch: While on “Exile Island,” the banished contestant will learn about a hidden “Immunity Idol,” which could save him/her from being voted out at a future Tribal Council.

The 12th edition of the veteran reality show premieres Thursday, Feb. 2 (8 p.m./Ch. 2) with Jeff Probst back as host.

This time around, there will be four tribes: Older Men vs. Older Women vs. Younger Men vs. Younger Women.

The four tribes will morph into two during a “schoolyard pick” in the second episode, according to CBS.

There are no New Yorkers among the “Survivor: Panama” contestants. Terry Dietz, a 46-year-old retired airline/Navy pilot from Simsbury, Conn., is the closest New York contestant, geographically.

The other contestants are:

* Dan Barry, 52, a retired astronaut from S. Hadley, Mass.

* Aras Baskauskas, 24, a yoga instructor from Santa Monica, Calif.

* Austin Carty, 24, an author from High Point, N.C.

* Danielle DiLorenzo, 24, a medical sales rep from Pompano Beach, Fla.

* Cirie Fields, 35, a registered nurse from Walterboro, S.C.

* Misty Giles, 24, an engineer from Dallas.

* Melinda Hyder, 32, a singer from Sevierville, Tenn.

* Bruce Kanegai, 58, a karate instructor from Simi Valley, Calif.

* Courtney Marit, 31, a performance artist from L.A.

* Bobby Mason, 32, an attorney from L.A.

* Ruth Marie Milliman, 48, a shopping-center developer from Greenville, S.C.

* Shane Powers, 35, owner of a marketing company in L.A.

* Tina Scheer, 45, a sports promoter from Hayward, Wisc.

* Sally Schumann, 27, a social worker from Chicago.

* Nick Stanbury, 25, a financial salesman in Tempe, Ariz.
