FIRST came food, now comes music.

Zagat is adding to its vast number of directories with its first Music Survey, which will rate more than 2,000 albums from artists dating back to the 40s from several musical genres new age, soul, jazz, blues, hip-hop, country and rock n roll .

The survey, which is now being conducted online at http://www.zagat.com, will rate albums on overall quality, songwriting, musicianship and production quality.

Those who submit completed questionnaires by April 13 will get a free copy of the guidebook, due in fall.
