PAULA ZAHN is inheriting Catherine Crier’s 10 p.m. anchor slot at Fox News Channel.

Zahn, who currently hosts “The Fox Report with Paula Zahn,” will anchor a prime-time show airing at 10 p.m., replacing “The Crier Report.” Crier has left for Court TV.

“Paula Zahn’s presence as anchor of ‘The Fox Report’ has given the program a ratings boost,” FNC chairman/CEO Roger Ailes said.

“Her expertise in interviewing a wide array of newsmakers will be visible to a larger audience during her new 10 p.m. timeslot.”

Zahn, the former CBS News personality, joined Fox News Channel in March.

“I’ve had the chance to cover a tremendous amount of breaking news since I’ve come aboard and I love doing live interviews,” Zahn said.
