Crossix, a leader in consumer-centric health care and media analytics, is growing and moving. The firm will leave 1001 Sixth Ave. for Westbrook Partners’ 1375 Broadway at West 37th Street, where it just signed for 28,000 square feet.

Crossix has only 18,000 square feet at its current location and needs more room to house its growing operations.

The new lease was handled for the tenant by Marc Schoen and Brian Neugeboren of The Schoen Group at Savitt Partners. CBRE’s Paul Amrich, Neil King, Patrice Meagher and Meghan Allen acted for the landlord.

The asking rent was in the mid-$60s per square foot.
