A West Virginia man who threatened to blow up the Statue of Liberty has made a deal with the feds to serve as little as three weeks in jail.

Jason Paul Smith, 42, pleaded guilty in Manhattan on Monday to a hoax call to 911 that led to the evacuation of more than 3,200 people from Liberty Island in April 2015.

In the call, Smith identified himself as “Abdul Yasin,” an “ISI terrorist,” and claimed that he and his cronies were preparing to blow up the tourist attraction.

As part of his plea deal, Manhattan federal prosecutors said they have agreed to recommend Smith be sentenced to time served followed by three years’ probation. Smith spent roughly three weeks in lockup following his arrest in August.

“On April 24, 2015, I knowingly made a false threat to blow up the Statue of Liberty,” Smith said in entering his guilty plea.

Smith, who is hearing-impaired, told Judge Vernon Broderick through an interpreter that he is currently being treated for a mental illness.

He carried out the threat on his iPad using a service that assists hearing-impaired people make and receive telephone calls.

After feds seized the iPad, they found evidence of at least two other calls in May 2015, including one from a user who identified himself as “Isis allah Bomb maker” and who threatened to attack Times Square and kill police officers at the Brooklyn Bridge.

Smith’s sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 6.
