The wife of an allegedly mobbed-up Queens pizzeria owner might not be put on trial with her husband and son because she’s acting so loony.

Eleanora Gigliotti has racked up a series of misconduct violations while locked up awaiting trial — including spitting at a corrections officer due to an undisclosed medical condition, her lawyer told a Brooklyn federal-court judge Thursday.

A judge ordered her to undergo a competency test to determine if she’s mentally fit to stand trial for allegedly coordinating with her family to smuggle cocaine from Costa Rica.
