Are long sleeves unhygienic in the time of coronavirus?

Paper Magazine posted a viral video mocking pop powerhouse Ariana Grande’s signature long sleeves, and how difficult they possibly make hand-washing.

“Ariana Grande washing her hands,” is written above the video, which shows someone, wearing lengthy sleeves, attempting to wash their hands, but mostly washing their sleeves instead.

“Using this iconic video as a friendly reminder to wash! your! f - - king! hands!” Paper captions the clip.

The 26-year-old, 5-feet-tall singer responded.

“hate u all,” Grande commented shortly after the clip, which has since racked up over 490,000 views, was posted on Thursday.

The clip comes among a flurry of viral TikTok dance videos about hand-washing, as the CDC urges people to wash frequently as an effective prevention against the coronavirus.

It’s not the first time memes have circulated roasting the “7 Rings,” star for dressing her petite frame in Grande sweaters.

One TikTok post went viral late last year for showing how Grande might make PB&J while sporting one of her too-big sweatshirts. The video, which has the sandwich-maker schmearing the peanut butter directly onto their sleeve, and then squirting dish soap onto her cuff, gave Grande anxiety. “Man if y’all don’t leave me alone,” Grande commented on screenshots of VFiles’ meme published by InStyle, “this made me so anxious.”

Other viral videos followed depicting similar long-sleeve struggles.
