Artsy, the online art education and collecting platform has recently branched out to the art auction arena.

Right now, Artsy is collaborating with a trio of important local gala events to bring their fund-raising auctions online.

Ending Thursday night is an auction supporting the Public Art Fund, which features works by Dan Colen, Elizabeth Peyton and Sarah Lucas.

Meanwhile, folks can bid on works by artists such as Ellen Altfest and Jenny Holzer through April 16 to support the Brooklyn Artists Ball at the Brooklyn Museum.

Finally, from April 22 to May 5, art fans can bid on works to support the 10th Annual BAM Art Auction. All bids can be made via Artsy’s website or iPhone app.
