Step right up to Madison Avenue and 62nd Street, and the window stenciled “BNY NYC Sleigh Ride.” Actors from the improv group Upright Citizens Brigade are standing by at selected times — Monday to Thursday from 1 to 5 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 1 to 7 p.m., and Sunday noon to 6 p.m. — dressed as Mr. and Mrs. Claus. They’ll be your hosts, one family at a time, into what looks like a silvery, souped-up sports car of DeLorean proportions. From that catbird seat, you’ll watch a short animated film of a virtual sleigh ride that takes you over the bridges and rooftops of the city.

Make sure you’re looking animated, too, while you watch — because there’ll be a camera snapping your photo.

Afterward, you can stop by the nearby iPad station and have those photos e-mailed to you or posted to the social media of your choice. Or go old-school, head up to the store’s ninth floor and pick up your prints.
