Now, this is cheeky.

A bikini model allowed a plastic surgery clinic to livestream her butt lift on Instagram as part of a morbid publicity stunt.

The Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center shared the footage in an Instagram story showing model Kourtney Reppert lying on a table, getting a Sculptra butt lift.

The entire hellscape was made more surreal by the fact that the surgery took place as A-list guests including Teresa Giudice partied at the clinic.

According to the center’s website, the Sculptra bum lift that Reppert got promises to increase the volume of the buttocks and reduce cellulite for a “more natural” look and feel. The noninvasive procedure costs about $9,800, according to the Sun.

“So we’re trying to get Kourtney’s bum lifted and this is a natural way to do it, actually,” explains the center’s Dr. Charmaine Arnaud in the video. “All of this powder is going to be absorbed in about three weeks and it will have done its job by activating the collagen’s growth.”

“It’s the fastest way you can get an enhancement without doing surgery,” she adds.

Reppert told the Sun the procedure “didn’t hurt” and was “just like a little poke, nothing more extreme than a bee sting.”

The livestream was part of the center’s Eternal Beauty event celebrating 15 years in the business.

Reppert, a mother of one, says she decided to broadcast the surgery because she believed it would be an empowering statement to other moms trying to get their bodies back.

“I feel that after having a child, it’s hard enough for women to have these body issues and these expectations in society to be perfect,” she told the Daily Mail. “But then when we try to attain that we get attacked or people say, ‘Do it the natural way’ or whatever. And sometimes you just can’t do it the natural way. You need a little bit of an extra hand.”
