Not New York’s most famous party girl, Amanda Lepore.

On Wednesday, the first day of Milan Fashion Week, the celebrated trans performer made a surprise front-row cameo at the Fausto Puglisi runway show, eschewing a look by the Italian designer for her own pair of bejeweled nipple pasties.

Style-wise, “I think you feel the most confident in what you like,” Lepore told The Post before zipping backstage. “I just do my own thing. I don’t really follow fashion.”

And when you have the most expensive body on Earth to show off 24/7, why would you?
