Beyoncé kept her fashion sense in check at a recent stop on her On the Run II tour.

Taking the stage at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium on Friday, the singer donned a custom head-to-toe Burberry ensemble in the brand’s heritage check pattern. The perfectly matched look featured a skintight bodysuit, with a matching cropped jacket, sunglasses, gloves and thigh-high boots.

The brand’s iconic gabardine trench coat — a k a the crème de la crème in rain jackets — probably would have come in handy during Thursday’s torrential downpour.

Throughout the tour, Queen Bey has been rocking a slew of custom over-the-top looks from the likes of Givenchy, Balmain, Dundas and Gucci.

The singer is a longtime fan of Riccardo Tisci, the former creative director of Givenchy who was recently appointed as the head designer of Burberry. So it doesn’t come as a surprise that the singer would be the first celebrity to wear pieces from his much-hyped debut collection.

Last week Tisci unveiled a new Burberry logo and monogram developed by renowned graphic designer Peter Saville.

The new branding signifies a new chapter for the British label, but it seems, based on Beyoncé’s custom ensemble, that Tisci plans to fully embrace brand’s iconic print.
