The Joker, but make it fashion?

Raul Solis, the NYC-based designer behind the rebellious label LRS, delivered his latest collection on Friday at New York Fashion Week with one unlikely catwalker: a clown.

Nestled in a dim, smoky venue in Chinatown, the jam-packed runway was hardly a circus, but rather a rave.

The ultra-buzzy show opened to retro techno jams and highlighted experimental club-kid wear that aimed to deliver a “soft post-minimal look,” according to the show notes.

Soft? More like spooky.

One model sported jester-like makeup while rocking a twill coat, no top and a leather micro-miniskirt fastened with a crushed-can belt that designer Solis recycled from street trash. Sexy purple pumps completed the slightly frightening ensemble.

Other hair-raising looks included a ghost-o’-lantern T-shirt dress and a devil-horned sweatshirt.
