Don’t be surprised if you see Demi Lovato out on the town this Valentine’s Day in leggings and a sports bra. “I wear workout clothes for a majority of my life, even at night sometimes,” she tells Alexa. Even for dates? “You never know! Just throw on a cute leather jacket or bomber and I’m good to go!” The songstress, who’s currently on tour with DJ Khaled, recently launched her third collab with Fabletics, Kate Hudson’s workout brand.

Of course, sometimes she skips the spandex for lingerie. Last week, Lovato set a “thirst trap” for hunky “Superman” star Henry Cavill, following him on Instagram and immediately posting a sexy shot of herself clad only in a white corset. The move worked — the hunky actor followed Lovato back, commenting on one of her jujitsu posts. As Lovato tells us: “Mixed martial arts is my favorite type of workout. Not only is it body strength, but it’s also strategy.”

We think the pop star has her strategy — in sweating and flirting — down pat.
