So far, my favorite look of the night, Evan Rachel Wood (THANK GOD she and Marilyn Manson are dunzo, that was truly a dark period) in a modified flapper-inspired glittering black dress. You know, most of the time black isn’t the greatest choice for red carpet because it’s really hard to get your photos picked up. Black is really difficult in print. BUT this dress is beyond beyond beyond. It’s the texture, the frills, the glitter, the contrast of her alabaster skin, her light hair, and the careless playfulness of this grown-up dress. It’s perfect.
