It seems like everyone and their mother has seen Tom Petty out on his new tour except me. Womp-womp. So when I found this Free People dress online at Urban Outfitters in all of it’s earthy-yet-grungy glory, it took me back to the style I grew up trying to emulate. Unfortunately for me, by the time I was old enough to buy Doc Martens and flannel, leggings and oversized sweaters made a comeback.

But a girl can dream, and in this adorable cream dress I can close my eyes and pretend I’m cooler than Liv Tyler in an Aerosmith video.
