When she’s not hiking the Himalayas or scuba diving near an Arctic glacier, Cynthia Rowley loves riding the waves at Ditch Plains Beach in Montauk. The Manhattan-based designer and author recently started construction on a new home in “The End,” not far from her sunny namesake boutique on Montauk Highway. She’s often seen exploring the Hamptons hamlet with her teenage daughters and husband, Bill Powers — a gallery owner and co-founder of Exhibition A, the couple’s contemporary art e-tail venture. Here, the fun-loving fashionista shares her chic summer staples with Alexa.
