FUR EVER YOUNG
AT the Led Zeppelin reunion concert a few weeks ago in London, all eyes were on Kate Moss as she rocked a long-haired shaggy black-and-white coat over a leotard. The coat, in all its over-the-top hirsute glory, is a perfect example of the strange space where Ab Fab meets Cavemen in fur trends right now. Moving away from the dowager, after-eight looks of old, these furs are less identifiable, more bohemian, and so much easier to dress up or down. Neon-orange, short-sleeved waxed rabbit too Cousin-It-on-acid for you? Pull out a Fifties-style short jacket, layer it over a sweater and jeans – and wear mink before noon.
