* Ripa does Ryka: Spend a day in Kelly Ripa’s shoes. Literally.
Everyone’s favorite blonde has partnered with Ryka for her own line of running shoes and athletic wear, launching in fall. (If the clothes and shoes will help us get arms like hers, we’re in.)
When she’s not working out, Ripa says she lives in her favorite “good butt” Anlo brand jeans, a blouse and blazer.
“I sort of have a uniform,” she says.
“Mark’s like, ‘You have a closet full of clothes, but you’re always wearing the same thing.’ That’s my attempt at ‘Sex and the City’ style. I totally missed the mark but it works for me.”
But having a uniform doesn’t keep her from shopping.
“If I go in to a store and say I just needed to buy a miniskirt, I’ll walk out with a ball gown. And Mark will be like, ‘Did you need a ball gown?’ And then I’ll say, ‘But it was 30 percent off’!” she laughs.
“That’s all I need to hear, 30 percent off. You dangle 30 percent off in front of me, and that’s it. I won’t come out with what I went in for, I’ll come out with what was 30 percent off.”
Maybe she’ll consider making her whole new line 30 percent off.
Riiiiiiiiight.
